Arabella Winters is a spirited voice of courage, resilience, and transcendence. A gritty and raw writer, she shares her experience of childhood and adolescent abuse in her recently released memoir, Thrown to the Wolves.
In the book, Arabella tells of heart-wrenching emotional and physical trauma, which led to self-abuse in adolescence and young adulthood. Destructive relationships and substance abuse defined Arabella’s life with pain and despair. Finally, the shock of seeing a friend overdose on drugs catapulted her into a ten-year journey of healing.
Listening to her inner voice, trusting herself, and accessing her creativity and wisdom were crucial to Arabella as she embraced a whole, healthy self. Along the way, she became aware of her ability to deeply connect with others (including animals).
Sensing a calling to help transform lives, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and soon after, became a certified professional life coach. During her years of education, she worked with a variety of people, including juvenile sex offenders, who thrived with Arabella’s spirit of acceptance and compassion.
Now, Arabella draws on her past experiences and professional training to guide you into a more satisfying life. In whatever capacity you experience her: as a writer, a speaker and workshop leader, and singer, she inspires you to transcend your perceived limitations and ignite your life with rich, joyful passion.
Arabella draws great personal strength from her love of nature and animals. Honoring and connecting with both nurture her on a deeply intuitive level, giving her the strength and grace to embrace the world around her.
